The University of North Dakota men’s basketball team, behind Drick Bernstine’s triple-double, propelled the Fighting Hawks to a 101-63 victory over Presentation College on Sunday in Betty Englestad Sioux Center. Wild turkeys have to keep their eyes open for predators, including hawks. Grand Forks photographer Russ Hons encountered both species on a recent road trip in northwestern Minnesota.
