From Red Hook, a ferry to Cruz Bay, St. John. Much of the island belongs to me (— and to all citizens of the USA — because it is Virgin Islands National Park.
Cruz Bay seems like managed chaos. Taxis (trucks that seat multiple passengers, some call “safari taxis”) serve as transport for visitors. Some visitors rent cars — or come over here in a car on the auto ferry — and proceed to drive like idiots (left side of the road on all Virgin Islands).
