RUSS HONS: Photo Gallery — University Of North Dakota Vs. Idaho State University

The University of North Dakota, after leading Idaho State University 21-19 at halftime, failed to score again and gave up a late fourth-quarter touchdown to fall 25-21 to the Bengals on Saturday in the Alerus Center in the annual Potato Bowl and Homecoming game. The Fighting Hawks (2-2) were led John Santiago, who rushed for 111 yards and ran for one touchdown. Quarterback Nate Ketteringham threw for two touchdown, one to Noah Wanzek, who had five catches for 109 yard, and the other to Travis Toivonen. Donnell Rodgers and Tanner Palmborg led the Hawks’ defense with eight tackles each. The Bengals (2-1) were paced by running backs Ty Flanagan (119 yards) and James Madison (98 yards).
