Iron Range hockey team flexes its muscle thanks partly to yoga

Practicing yoga has helped the Greenway of Coleraine boys high school hockey team flex some muscle into a competitive resurgence in northern Minnesota.

The players and coach claim yoga has led to more flexibility, strength, skating balance and fewer injuries on the ice and injuries are almost nonexistent.
